Town & Country Policies

We have placed ashtrays in numerous places around the exterior of the buildings, and ask that our guests smoke outside. There is a $200 charge for additional cleaning if evidence of smoking in the room is detected, including ashes, cigarette butts, or cigarette odors.

The first night (plus tax) will be charged at time of reservation, with the balance due at check-in.  Our standard Cancellation Policy is 7 days, with a $10 cancellation processing fee.  For reservations cancelled more than 7 days before arrival, the full amount of the deposit (less the $10 fee) will be refunded.  Reservations cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date will not be refunded.  Sorry, no exceptions for inclement weather. No refunds for early departures.

If you need an earlier check-in time, please let us know so we can try to accommodate you.

CHECK-OUT: 11 a.m.
Check-out is at 11 a.m. If you require more time, please contact the front desk and we will be happy to extend check-out to noon for you if possible.
You can also extend check-out to 2 p.m. for a $25 fee, unless the room is needed for an incoming guest. Please notify the front desk to arrange this in advance.

From May to October, we offer our free “Cow”-tinental breakfast from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. The breakfast features bagels, flavored cream cheeses, muffins, cinnamon rolls, donuts, instant oatmeal, boxed cereal, apples, bananas, milk, orange juice, coffee, tea, and other items that vary throughout the season.

The first night (plus tax) will be charged to your credit card at the time you make your reservation.  The balance must be paid with credit card at check-in.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or Diners Club credit or debit card in the guest’s name, which must be provided when reserving the room.  Unfortunately, we no longer accept cash.

The professional Moo Crew housekeepers clean your room, make your beds, empty the trash, and replace your towels every day. If you would like to re-use your towels, please leave them hanging on the towel rack or over the shower curtain bar. If you want towels and cloths replaced, please leave them on the floor in the bathroom and they will be replaced.
If you are staying for several nights, your bed linens will be changed every 3rd day.
To protect your possessions, our housekeepers will skip making your bed if you have personal items on it. If you prefer not to have service, please hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the outside doorknob of your room. Rooms with the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door after noon will not be serviced that day.

Items left behind in a room or lost items that have been turned in will be held at the front desk for 30 days. If you believe you have forgotten something, please contact the Front Office and we will be happy to mail it to you if it has been found, with postage fees charged to your card. Items not claimed will be disposed of after 30 days.

A $25 fee will be charged for keys lost or not turned in by 2 p.m. on day of check-out.

A manager is on the property 24 hours a day.

We welcome pets. There is a fee of $10 per night per pet when declared at check-in, with a maximum of 2. Undeclared pets discovered in the room will result in a charge of $100 per night per pet. A pet cannot be left alone in a room unless it is in a kennel.

A limited number of rollaway beds are available for a $10 fee. Due to size constraints, they are available for King rooms only.

The swimming pool is open during the summer months from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. No lifeguard is on duty. Parents must be present at all times when children are in the pool area. Absolutely no glass or glass bottles are permitted in the pool area. Pool privileges are for registered motel guests only.

This motel is committed to providing accessible facilities for travelers with disabilities, and have created an ADA accessible room, which is a single queen room with one queen size bed and a roll-in shower. A shower chair is also available upon request. When you make your reservation, please specify that you would prefer the ADA room, and let us know if you have additional needs for which we might be able to help.

Soda machines are available in two locations, near the front and rear stairs. The front machine offers 12 oz. can soda for 75¢. The rear machine offers 20 oz. plastic bottled soda for $1.25.

High speed wireless internet is available in each room. The network and passwords are listed at the bottom of your receipt at check-in, as well as in the Guest Directory provided in each room.
